"Die Zufahrt aufs Grundstück und vor allem das Herausfahren ist für ungeübte Fahrer und große Autos eine Herausforderung. Draußen Parken ist in der Nähe verboten, erst 200 m entfernt möglich.
Die Nachbarn sind relativ laut, wenn sie vor Ort sind und selbst am Sonn- und Feiertag wurde dort ganztägig Rasen gemäht.
WLAN ist nicht vorhanden, aber auch das Funknetz ist relativ schlecht und schwach empfangbar, im Untergeschoß gar kein Empfang.
Nur italienische Fernsehprogramme empfangbar, da keine...
