"After a disappointing start where the “ luxury” room didn’t look like the photos and seemed exactly the same as the deluxe “ room, I was happy with the spacious room, quality bedding and linens. The breakfast surpassed expectations with lots of choice and unlimited coffee. The best part is the fantastic front desk staff who were pleasant and full of advise for touring the area…like tips for parking in Siena! It is a bit noisy by the hiway, but the free parking and beautiful Tuscan views made it...

"Very clean and quiet. We stayed here because everything in Siena was booked up. It was easy access, lots of free parking and although the manager did not speak much English he was very helpful and hospitable and even called a restaurant for us so we could eat after a late check in.
