"I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a little far from Rome center, but there's a bus you can take right from the hotel parking lot that takes you to Tiburtina metro. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Star."

"La Cucina exceeded our expectations in every way. Our family gathered from three places in Europe and the US to meet for time together mixed with seeing the best of Rome. This place is just as the photos suggest. We cooked in the magnificent kitchen and grilled on the oven / grill outside. We played pickle ball and the kids went swimming. Our host were available and always gracious. We are so thankful for the time we shared at the dining table and living room. And we played cards in the well stocked game room until late into the night. And Rome!!! for days was amazing."

"Best decision we ever made was to stay at Emmanuela’s place outside of Rome - it was quiet, didn't see any tourists and we felt like we experienced an authentic Italian holiday. On our first night, we were greeted by Pina (Emmanuela’s mom) - she prepared an amazing meal of pasta, bread and red wine and we sat outside enjoying the atmosphere. Silvio was also around and was so willing to drive us where we needed to go (train). Emmanuela was SO helpful with the train schedule and helping us to navigating our day in Rome. Staying here was everything we hoped for and we left feeling like we now had new Italian friends that felt like family!"

"The housekeeping ladies were friendly and welcoming! There were not much amenities provided. Location is far from attraction. There were plenty of parking area for free. The room was small but the beds were comfortable and we had a good night sleep."
