Great place overall

Great place to stay enjoy the staff. The room was very comfortable. Only a couple of things the heater did not work well and the water heater took forever to warm water to be able to bathe.

It was awesome. The staff was pleasant and always willing to help in any way. This is the 2nd time we stayed at this location and I’m sure we will return next year.

As an Mexican American and as someone who just came to visit after 18 years, it was a little jarring to see many security in the hotel. We arrived late one night and the gate was closed and nothing upsetting, just everything took me by surprise.

The hotel is really old. The sheets and pillows smells dirty, horrible, we need to look for the cleaning lady and call more than twice to the front desk in order to have the room "clean". Every time when the A/C turn on, smell as death animal, next to our bedroom was the utility room, 24/7 we can hear the noise of the pumps and pipes; impossible to sleep. The hotel does not has elevator. Restaurant service and staff is the best from the hotel. Excelent service and food. Congrats Capitan Dario and rest of the restaurant staff. We'll continuing going just to the restaurant.
