Great spot for singles or couples visiting MTY

The place is easy to find and check-in was pretty smooth. Parking is easily accessible and the guards at the gate are friendly and helpful. The views from the studio are pretty awesome too. The location is centric if you’re visiting San Pedro, Monterrey centro, and Santa Catarina. Overall a great place to stay, I’d definitely stay here again.

Will do it again with minor adjustments

There was an opened beer bottle in the balcony area, balcony area was way too dusty, chair was covered in dirt.Toilet kept leaking water, so bathroom floor was always wet and slippery.Unfortunately, once we checked in, we never got a response after making those observations.
