En la habitación había cucarachas en los muebles de madera. Las camas tenían huecos dormimos súper incómodos… y luego nos cambiamos de cama y se le cae una pata a la base y todo incómodo… la TV sin señal… la alfombra súper sucio huele a polvo… Hotel de 0 estrellas…

Agradecemos el estacionamiento seguro, en general tranquilo. Es un hotel con mucha demanda no pudimos hacer early check in, pero es entendible. El personal atento y amable en todo momento.

La habitación estaba limpia cuando la ocupamos, sin embargo en la madrugada comenzaron a salir animales en las sábanas (chinches) y hasta que nos levantamos nos dimos cuenta que estaban por todos lados en el colchón. Me quedé con una pésima experiencia.

es pésimo, no funcionan los climas y si reportas se molestan las recepcionistas hule a humedad todo el hotel los elevadores no funcionan el estacionamiento es compartido y tienes que pedir cortesías cada que salgas y caminar mucho para llegar les roge para que me prestaran una plancha

es un hotel que en todos los pisos de pasillo y habitaciones tienen alfombras viejas, todo el hotel y la habitacion olia mucho a humedad, las sabanas y almohadas estaban sucias, tenias cabellos de otras personas. no me quede, solicite mi reembolso.
