"Firstly Jose & his wife were very kind and took us for our first trip to the supermarket when we arrived and he sorted a flooding problem out in a timely manner. However, there was a definite communication problem as neither of them spoke English as stated on the advert for the property. "We stayed 3 nights; 4 adults and one child (4). The house was large, modern and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a lot. The lounge was large and the terrace with retractable parasol was a lovely bonus. Marcos, the property manager, was very flexible and helpful with any queries we had and helped us with restaurant ideas and other local information. "Fantastic stay. We were on 3rd floor deluxe room for 5 nights. Self check in with code communicated several days before arrival and very easy to manage. Apartment was spotless and still felt very new. All facilities we needed especially as travelling with 3 year old. Still felt spacious even with sofa bed out. 5-10mins to beach, down the road from loads of restaurants. Great overnight stay
"We had a great experience at Hotel Port Elche. We arrived late in the evening and even though the restaurant had closed they still arranged to cook us all pizza which was very welcome. Service in general was great. The room was spotless. The breakfast was really nice with plenty of options including gluten free. Perfect for an overnight stay! "
