"The smell of this place was overwhelming as soon as you walk in. Based on that alone I would not stay here again. This is also advertised as a duplex and it is not a duplex. It’s an apartment complex with some questionable neighbors. The carpet needs to be replaced or a deep clean at the very least. The things this place does have going for it are location is convenient and communication with the host was very quick when we were confused about check-in. "

"Property manager was very professional and the housekeeper was great. The apartment was nice inside but the exterior and the hallway leading the the unit smelled like smoke and weed. The stairway carpet was gross and the smell stuck to you as you walked in and out of the apartment. If they could fix the hallway issue, I would rate it 4 stars. It’s a shame bc the apartment is very clean and cute."

"These photos do not at all depict the true state of this property! The listing is false advertising and the owner neither reached out to me to discuss the condition. The furniture was soiled and stained, the ceiling had water damage and visible mold/mildew. I chose to not stay here and advise anyone to not stay here."
