"Nuestra estadía en el hotel Los Lagos fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, el personal nos recibió con una sonrisa y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Uno de los grandes atractivos es la piscina de aguas termales, perfecta para relajarse después de un día de excursiones. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de los principales atractivos turísticos de la zona, y el restaurante del hotel ofrece una variedad deliciosa de platillos locales e internacionales. Además, el desayuno incluido fue abundante y sabroso. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque una combinación de comodidad, naturaleza y excelente servicio. ¡Definitivamente regresaremos!"

"We stayed during Costa Rica’s rainy season and were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade during check in. The service was great and the staff was very personal, remembering our names, room number, and even where we had sat in the restaurant for breakfast! Complimentary access to the nearby nature reserve was a great bonus, and we were able to spot coatis and an agouti during our stay. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing place to stay in Monteverde! Very comfortable rooms and our porch had a view into a wooded spot where several different birds greeted us everyday. The walking trail on the property is a great place to see additional birds. We saw motmots, trogons, and several different kinds of hummingbirds. The breakfast is also excellent and filling to start your day. They also offer complimentary coffee in the afternoon. Emmanuel was a great host and help us change a booking for us. I highly recommend Cala Lodge!"

"The grounds were absolutely beautiful. There were so many choices for swimming. We had the private thermal pool which was amazinig after a long hike or early in the morning to help wake up. The rooms are not huge but were big enough for a couple. The breakfast buffet was well staffed with lots of food choices. Will stay again!!"
