Miramar Cottage - Nestled in the Cloud Forest

  • This brand new timber frame cottage with its sleek design and mid-century touches, is sure to enchant you. You will be immersed in the cloud forest, in a very secluded area, yet only minutes away from Hotel Belmar and other major conveniences. Floor to ceiling windows allow for abundant natural light and expansive views of the Pacific Ocean..
    The space
    Large main bedroom has a king size bed with plush linens, a vintage clawfoot bathtub, a large bathroom with double vanity, double indoor/outdoor shower and large walk-in closet. Mezzanine has stunning views, closet and a queen size bed. The main, open concept space has a very comfortable kitchen with stainless appliances and a quartz breakfast counter; a sprawling sitting area and a large desk, perfect for WFH. Large terrace with a catamaran net for relaxing outside; laundry room with washer and drier; covered two car garage and a second large bathroom.
    Other things to note
    Internet is very reliable fiber optic 30mbps.

    Second bedroom is a mezzanine, which is very comfortable, but it does open onto the main living space, so privacy is limited.
