The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, equipped with large rest areas and two large areas for outdoor dining overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany. For common use with other 2 villas on the property: equipped swimming pool.

In Monteverdi Marittimo many bars and restaurants offer typical dishes and wine specialties of the Alta Maremma. 15 km the beaches of Marina di Castagneto and the Costa degli Etruschi, Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci. Ideal choice for a relaxing vacation in the countryside.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own.
