"It was horrible ! No heating (except for one room) no hot water!! We were not able to take our shower, wake up during the night as it was so cold. Run far away !!. I explained the situation to the reception the day after and they were so kind to reduce the price by 1/3. "

"We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed."

"Our one night stay suited our needs perfectly!! The staff is to be commended for their friendliness, helpfulness, and courteousness. The room was clean and comfortable. *We believe we got a bad deal with the taxi driver who brought us to the airport. It was a five minute drive (at 4:30 a.m.) and he charged us 35 euro. Perhaps your staff could warn us about the price (even the price we should pay)!!"
