"We received an email from the hotel before our stay telling us to simply reply to the email with any questions we may have. We did reply, with a few questions and never heard from them. Second, we couldn't find any parking spaces available around the hotel so we parked in the garage below the hotel. We had a 6:30 am flight and so at 5am we were trying to exit the garage using a machine at the exit. We were not told ahead of time how to do that, and despite our many efforts were not able to exit the garage. We finally found a hotel staff member at that hour, and she told us what to do, but it did not work. We found her again and she said she would push a button and we would be able to exit. This also did not work in the beginning but it finally did work, but this was also a negative experience. Third, we were told there would be coffee available at that early hour, but it was not available."

"Nice stay, clear hotel, good breakfast with eggs and nice sausages. It was little bit cold in the room, they said they couldn't turn on the heating until 1. November."

"We appreciate that we were able to check in early. The room was pretty nice. The only bummer was that the TV was not a smart TV so we ended up watching a lot of YouTube. But overall it was a nice property, good rate, and close to the airport."

"Nous avons l'habitude de nous arrêter à l'h ôtel Gate 4 fois par an, en Mars et en octobre. C'est pour nous une étape obligée pour aller visiter le sud de l'Italie. L'hôtel est bien situé géographiquement. Il a l'avantage d'avoir un parking et un petit déjeuner complet. Le personnel est sympa et les chambres sont toujours d'une extrême propreté. Nous y revenons tous les ans avec grand plaisir."

"Great hotel, not too far from either train station. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Only downside was our room, which despite being the largest room in the hotel, felt very impersonal and clinical, and the toilet flush was damaged, though it did work. Also we were in the eaves, so very little view or natural light. Access to the swimming pool was a bonus! Loved Montecatini, would stay again, but in a different room."
