The location will meet the needs of all visitors whose plans for Montevideo involve a lot of walking given its centrality. For those who travel to shop, among whom I do not count myself, Punta Carretas shopping is a block away. The service is A .

Our base for a week

We stayed in Montevideo for a week as part of a longer vacation. This hotel is close to shopping, dining, and the beach. Everything about the hotel was excellent. You don’t need a car as Uber is readily available and reasonably priced. Even though this is an upscale neighborhood, you do need to be cautious.

Good location, nice stuff and thats all. Hotel needs serious renovation, safety box imposible to lock or unlock. There is no SPA as Expedia advertize. My request for transport arrangements from the airport was answered at all. Not a value fir the money

Friendly staff and pleasant stay. We could walk to the beach or oldtown(5km). The breakfast was mostly white bread and cakes, but also has fruits and eggs, and our vegetarian had no problems getting full. Restaurant also looked good, but we didn't get to experience it. When the worst part is not being able to find a DND sign or opening the safe, then i'd consider it a great success.
