Good location, very new, great breakfast/staff

Great stay! We had been in a very old property in Montevideo to begin with and were driven out by noise and insect bites. We transferred to this lovely Hilton and the first thing my spouse said was "God bless America and the Hiltons". Great staff and breakfast. We had a view of the Rambla and the waterfront, walked everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay for reasonable price

I had to book a last min. stay in Montevideo. Place is clean confortable with kind and helpful staff. It is a secured place near the ramblas. Food was good.

Soro is a lovely hotel. Great location, large rooms, excellent price, wonderful buffet breakfast and very helpful / accommodating staff. Will definitely stay here anytime I am in Montevideo!

Nice modern hotel. Area is quiet and away from the crowds in the old city. It’s also cleaner and nicer. The hotel is also steps away from the beach. Room is functional and well decorated and designed. Clean and housekeeping is done everyday at a reasonable time (unlike some other hotels that often has it done late afternoon). Staff is also competent and warm.

Room and bathroom are very small, bed and pillows are not comfortable. Reviews are overrated, I would not rate this hotel as exceptional, at most I would say average (6 out of 10). I find it pricey, there are better options in the area in the price range. The restaurant food was good.
