"The studio itself is very nice, clean, well equipped, freshly renovated, and spacious for one, even two… you’d forget walking the 6 flights up. But the fact that you need to pick up and return the keys from/to a ship that’s 15min walk away ruined the experience for me. It is simply not practical at all and very constraining. I like the area a bit calm but safe. I’d go back if they change the key pick up."

"Quiet neighborhood and easy to access metro stations nearby. It can be a bit small for more than 2 people but all the other reviews and the listing are transparent about the apartment size and it was as we expected. Also very easy to communicate with the hosts and got very quick responses!"

"We booked Villa Poncelet on a whim. We were in Versailles, but decided we wanted a night in Paris proper. Laurent was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is in a great location on the most adorable Paris street. It was very roomy and great for me, my husband.and two teen boys. Very roomy for Paris! Beautifully decorated and an outdoor patio! The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors, but it was only a minor inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again!"
