📝 Rental Agreement
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes — there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

🚗 Parking
Parking is in the driveway on the left side of the home. You're welcome to park a vehicle or two against the curb in front of the house as well.

🗑️ Trash
The green bin is on the left side of the house, along the driveway. City pickup runs twice a week. Please bring the bin back the same day — it can't be left at the curb overnight.

⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Every request has to be manually approved. Check with us and we'll check with our cleaning company. Fee: $20 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Please request as early as possible.

📹 Security & Noise Monitoring
Motion-activated exterior cameras monitor the entrances and outdoor areas of the property. No cameras monitor any indoor area. Exterior cameras may record audio and video. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only. The noise monitor does not record audio or video and is not placed in any bedroom or bathroom.

🔑 Minimum Booking Age
Because this property is a single-family home, the primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. The primary guest must be present throughout the reservation. The primary guest is responsible for their group, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations that misrepresent the primary guest's age may be canceled in accordance with the applicable booking terms.

Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery.

A few things to know before you book:

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 6 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Pets welcome: up to 2 (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets. Please add pets to your reservation.
• The fireplaces are not for use
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the front door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

PARKING
Park in the driveway on the left side of the home. You're welcome to park a vehicle or two against the curb in front of the house as well.

PETS
Up to 2 pets are welcome (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). A flat $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets, and pets must be added to your reservation. Please crate pets when they're left alone, keep them off beds and furniture, and clean up after them. Please keep pets on a leash outdoors unless they're inside a fully fenced area. Service animals are always welcome, at no fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

LOCAL RULES
City of Montgomery Ordinance 29-2026 (short-term rentals):
• Maximum occupancy is 2 per bedroom plus 2 (this home's 6-guest limit is within that)
• Park only in designated spaces. No buses, RVs, or commercial vehicles
• Amplified music is allowed indoors only
• No weddings, receptions, parties, or events
• Trash bins must be kept out of public view except on collection day
The city fines the operator $250 for a first violation and $500 for each one after. If a guest's violation results in a city fine, we will request reimbursement through Airbnb's Resolution Center with the citation attached.
