EXTRA ARRANGEMENTS/"5th" BEDROOM: The sitting room on the main floor has sliding doors you can close and create a 5th bedroom space with a very comfortable foldout couch (sleeps 2).

PATIO: Our open-air patio has plenty of seating available and is two-levels. Adirondack chairs, a dining table table, and rockers are provided. We go above and beyond providing our guests with a pellet grill and pellets during their stay. Park your boat at our dock, OR we also have a boat and Waverunners available for rent by the day! (Boat and Waverunners are available to rent by a separate service agreement - please inquire ahead of time if interested).

Each bedroom has its own unique wow factor. Please ensure you read the bedroom configuration to ensure it meets your needs. Each bedroom has a TV with Netflix and other streaming channels of your liking.

ESSENTIALS PROVIDED: Our chef's kitchen has high end appliances and is equipped with a toaster, blender, pots/pans, silverware & knives, plates, glasses, grilling utensils, wine glasses, salt and pepper, and more. We provide drip coffee, Keurig, French press with coffee, sugar, and creamer. We provide all linens, extra blankets, comforters, shower towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, soaps and shampoo. We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent. If you need anything else, a Walmart is 5 minutes away, with additional items available to purchase.

* All pets must be added to the reservation. A $100 fee per pet will apply once they are added to the booking.

* Pool heating is an additional $195 charge for up to 3 nights. Jacuzzi heating is included in your stay.

*If you will be having more than 16 people at the property at any time, pre-approval is required and additional fees apply.

CHECK OUT: 11 AM SHARP - due to the labor-intensive cleaning required for this large of a property, we operate on a STRICT turnover schedule to ensure no delays or issues arise with our cleaning standards.
*An additional fee of $100 for every 15 minutes past 11 am will be charged. Please be considerate toward our cleaning team and ensure a timely check-out ensues.

Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a fee of $50 per night, per person. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 16 guests.

NOTE: We do not allow prom parties at this property, and any other private events require prior approval and additional fees.
