We've set up this third-floor apartment in a converted historic bank building in downtown Montgomery so everyone can recharge, with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom with Capitol views, and two bathrooms. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 4.

This property is situated in the Perry Street District, a neighborhood within the broader Downtown Montgomery area. The neighborhood offers a blend of historic charm and modern conveniences. Residents have access to various dining options, shopping boutiques, and entertainment venues. The area has undergone revitalization efforts, contributing to a vibrant community atmosphere.

Park anywhere in the lot surrounding the building. The entrance is step-free. Enter the building code on the keypad beside the door, then take the elevator, located toward the front of the building, to the third floor. Your unit code opens the apartment door. Both codes are released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

After the workday ends, you'll have room to spread out, recharge, and then come back together. We made this apartment for colleagues sharing a work trip, couples on a getaway, and families traveling together. Each bedroom has its own bathroom access, so nobody is waiting on anyone in the morning. Large windows fill the living room with light, and the comfortable seating and Smart TV make it an easy place to wind down. The building has an elevator that takes you right to the third floor, and your apartment door is private. Fast Wi-Fi keeps remote work and streaming running smoothly, and air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
• King Bedroom: One plush king bed, a Smart TV, and the hallway bathroom just steps away.
• Queen Bedroom: One comfortable queen bed, a Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows give you downtown and Capitol views.
• Two bathrooms in all: the hallway bath plus the ensuite, both with modern finishes including LED mirrors and rain showers. There's a bathtub if you'd like a soak, and hot water is ready when you are.
• Bed linens are provided, so you can arrive with just your bags.

LIVING ROOM
This is where you'll gather at the end of the day. Settle in on the comfortable seating, put something on the Smart TV, and enjoy the light from the big windows.

KITCHEN & DINING
Whether you're making a quick breakfast before a meeting or a full dinner after a long day, the kitchen has what you need. You'll find stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a refrigerator with freezer, a stove and oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. We've also stocked cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses for a relaxing evening in. A coffee maker and coffee are waiting for your first morning.

A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the apartment for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

THE APARTMENT
The Banc is a converted historic bank building with an all-glass exterior. This apartment is on the third floor (the apartment number matches the floor). Other guests may be staying in other apartments in the building, but your apartment is private.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 4 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• No pets (service animals are welcome)
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the apartment door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people in the apartment, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the building cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

STEP-FREE ENTRY
The building entrance is step-free, so you can walk straight in from the lot. An elevator serves every floor, so there are no stairs between the entrance and the apartment. If accessibility matters for your stay, message us with your specific needs and we'll answer honestly before you book.

GETTING IN & PARKING
Parking is unassigned; use any space in the lot surrounding the building. Enter the building code on the keypad beside the door, then take the elevator (toward the front of the building) to the third floor and use your unit code on the apartment door. Both codes are in your digital guidebook.

LAUNDRY & TRASH
Shared coin-operated laundry is on each floor. Take bagged trash to the dumpster at the back of the building.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

LOCAL RULES
City of Montgomery Ordinance 29-2026 (short-term rentals):
• Maximum occupancy is 2 per bedroom plus 2 (this apartment's 4-guest limit is within that)
• Park only in designated spaces. No buses, RVs, or commercial vehicles
• Amplified music is allowed indoors only
• No weddings, receptions, parties, or events
The city fines the operator $250 for a first violation and $500 for each one after. If a guest's violation results in a city fine, we will request reimbursement through Airbnb's Resolution Center with the citation attached.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the building, motion-activated cameras are installed in the building's common hallways and at exterior entrances. They are outside your apartment, are never pointed into any apartment, and record audio and video. No cameras are inside the apartment. An indoor noise-monitoring device inside the apartment measures sound levels only. It does not record audio or video.
