"This facility has a lot of potential. The bones of the structure are good. It just needs some major updating. It appears that nothing had been done in 15-20 years. There were maintenance issues in the room that could have made the visit better such as toilet paper holder hanging from the wall, side table outlets and lights working. The cleanliness also was lacking. That was someone else’s long hair on the tiles in the bathtub. Also, I remember Doubletree giving warm cookies when you checked in. There was no offer. There were no options for breakfast or coffee available in the lobby. It was a disappointing stay."

"The night staff wasn’t really friendly they had 2 couch pillows on the bed I asked if they had more pillows and she said no we don’t have anymore pillows but I doubt the other rooms were full. The towels had spots on them. I only stayed bc it was last minute but won’t again"

"The air conditioner did not work in our room. The shower door was covered in soap scum like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. One elevator was not working. The ceiling was falling apart around the elevator lobby. Enjoy Hampton inns generally but this one was weak and we will not go back"

"We arrived and they had given our room to someone else. They told us sorry that isn't our problem and that was it. It was midnight and we ended up having to walk to another hotel down the street as no taxi was available. 0/10"

"TV didn't work didn't have any soap and it was hot the entire time they kept cutting off my AC when i was at work and entering my room even though i had a DND plaque hanging on the door."
