"The hotel was advertised to have a 24 hour desk. Had to make a call and wait for someone to get checked in. The hotel was in need of major maintenance and repairs. It actually should not be open until the remodel was completed. TV didn’t work. No hair dryer. There were missing drawers. Flooring and walls in need of replacement. Burn marks on the bedding and a strong stale cigarette smoke in the air. I went to check out at 9am the next am, scheduled time for the front desk to open, and no one there. Had to go back up stairs and put the keys back in the room. It was more than a little disappointing."
