"This was a nice place to stay. The place was quiet. Nice to be able to drive to the same level as the entrance and not having any stairs to climb. The driveway is quite steep and difficult to maneuver if you have a large vehicle. Instructions for use of the television would have been nice. Overall, the site was pleasant and would be an option for future visits."

"Everything was wonderful! House was very spacious ( plenty of room for all 7 of us), couches and beds were comfortable and the entire house was very clean. Well stocked with everything we needed and the coffee bar was a perk in the mornings. Quiet Neighborhood and street- the walk to Theo Wirth Park was the perfect distance and a great way to spend an evening after traveling in the car! Hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. So appreciated. We will defiantly be booking this house...

"We came out as a family to stay near to my Mother in the Wayzata area. It was a pleasant experience and we had a good time staying at this cottage near to bays and parks. Overall a good experience and the hosts were very responsive. My VRBO app was not working so well, but not their fault and really did not make any issues. Love Minnesota even in the Winter!"

"Overall the place served our purposes and was a good stay. Didn’t know it was a duplex and didn’t see a grill that was listed but didn’t impact our stay much. Cabinets in the kitchen had moldy bread/food which is the only (tiny) complaint if any."
