Additionally, bus 4705 stops right outside the apartment and offers a direct route to the Expo Area & MEO / Altice Arena event venue, allowing guests to arrive in just 40 minutes door to door.

Important Additional Information:

Minimum check-in age: 21 years old. Please contact us before booking if you require an exception. A refundable EUR 300 security deposit by bank transfer 14 days before arrival, plus EUR 300 if all guests are under 21.

Guests must respect the neighborhood's quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

Guests must ensure that the neighborhood and building remain clear of rubbish.

ID Verification: For safety and compliance, identification documents are required for all guests within 48 hours of booking and again at check-in. Please ensure that everyone in your group is prepared to provide these details.

Registered Guests Only: Only the guests listed on the booking are permitted to stay overnight. This is a strict requirement due to insurance policies and condominium rules, and we closely monitor compliance. Kindly declare all overnight guests when booking.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. We ask that all guests respect this rule to maintain a clean and healthy environment for everyone.

No Pets Policy: To ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed in the property.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for our neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times.

Check-In Time: For last-minute bookings made within 48 hours of arrival, check-in will be available from 7 PM onwards. Thank you for your understanding.

Remote assistance is available for check-in up until 10 pm to ensure a smooth arrival. Check in later than 10pm needs to be with prior agreement. Full instructions will be provided to ensure a seamless arrival.

No Events or Parties: Our property is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings such as hen or stag dos. We maintain a strict no-party policy.

Occupancy Limits: The maximum occupancy of the property must be adhered to at all times. Please ensure that your group does not exceed the capacity listed in the booking.

The guest will be liable for any payment processing charges related to guest initiated cancellations.
