Location and staff are great. Rooms cleaned, and nice decor. However, the room is very small (it’s hard even to accommodate two opened luggages). Also you have no privacy in the washroom, which is just a glass box in the middle of the room.

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The best part was the location and the room itself—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with coffee, tea, and water. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful.
That said, there’s room for improvement in the restaurant and bar areas, which felt a bit neglected and were often quite empty. It also would have been nicer if the room cleaning was more timely—on some days, housekeeping hadn’t come by even after 3pm.

I thought the hotel was fine, I didn't think it was a 4 or 5 star hotel however. I thought the elevators were incredibly small, there are no hooks in the bathroom to put towels and other things, the room was decent but small. Overall I rate it average.
