"We stayed at Casa del Cardenal from 04/21 - 04/25 and it was absolutely perfect! It is a small, boutique hotel, steps away from the Mosque-Cathedral and central within the old town. Alfonso was the perfect host, and along with Jeanette, made sure that all our requests were accommodated. "Everything in the room feels new. They even provided robes, drinks in the fridge. Beautiful view from rooftop terrace. Great location, close to cathedral/mosque. We took a bus from the train station but a taxi for $10 would have been a better choice. Would definitely recommend this place."

"On arrival ther was nobody on site - no guests, no reception - had to ring number - no reservation. Man on reception checked and had received reservation and text us the way to let ourselves in. Other than that the place smelt of spices?? Due to being closed up. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Fantastic view over countryside. Beautiful infinity pool We had a great 2 nights. On each accession only 1 other guest so more or less the place to ourselves. Didn't want to leave"

"Room is spacious. Has hotplate, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, pots & pans, all the cutlery, plates & bowls. Bed is comfortable. Hotel is very clean and in a quiet street. Hotel is 15 mins walk from train station. Tapas bars and cafe within 5 to 10 mins walk. Cordoba Cathedral is 15 mins walk. Free washing machine on 2nd floor."

"The apartments are very clean and modern with good aircon. Good location just a short stroll to the historic streets and places of interest. The reception team were excellent and helpful . The wireless in our room didn’t work so after a day of trying we contacted reception who gave us a dedicated wireless modem. There were issues with plumbing in the shower and the sink."

"Lovely property in the Andalusian countryside. It is a really nice place to rest and relax in but is only a 20 minute drive to the shops and less than 2 hour drive to cities/sites in different directions- Seville, Malaga and the coast, Granada, and less than an hour to Cordoba. "Nine of us had a great 10 days. Easy to get to from Málaga. We were made very welcome by the hosts. The pool is a distance from the house which we were a little concerned about but it actually was OK and there is a fridge down there!"
