"Everyone was very helpful and kind. Hotel rooms and bed were superb. Front reception staff were excellent. The only weakness was the breakfast which was bland and quite basic compared to everything else."

"Great location, easy to walk to all the main tourist places. Don’t expect a kettle in the room. Breakfast is ok, bit takes a while between things running out to being replenished. Good hotel but needs to be modernised."

"Very authentic place that immerses you in the Muslim/sultan/christanity/renessainces times. Lots to explore. Right in the heart of the historic city. Breakfast wonderful. Staff exceptional. We loved this unique boutique hotel."

"The room is very modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable. It looks out to the big plaza. Air conditioning was great. The large windows were covered with a combination of sheer and blackout drapery. It’s got a fridge (empty not like big hotels), which worked perfectly for me. I usually like to buy my own drinks and keep cool in the fridge. Bathroom is the right size for me (as a guy). It’s also modern—everything worked great. The biggest plus for me was the washer-dryer unit. It’s a single machine that does both. It was great to wash some of my clothes."
