Le clos du Roc

"A beautiful stay at this small chateau which has been restored to excellent levels of decor, service & hospitality. Can’t say enough about this home as we enjoyed every aspect of it. Our dinner was most delicious with us exclaiming over every course. Charming dining room with ambient background music. Our room (7) was on the top floor and had lovely views of the Loire river beside the property. It was spacious and comfortable and had Rituals products in the en suite bathroom. Breakfast was simple and fresh and the yoghurt was home made - yum! Wished we could have stayed longer but we were heading home after a 3 week trip. The gardens are stunning. We will come back just to stay here."

"Very convenient for the train station, tourist bureau and supermarket close by. Easy walk into town centre. Friendly helpful staff on reception. Good WiFi. Kitchen had what you needed. You could buy a few things at reception like UHT milk if needed. The apartment was well laid out. Quiet. Comfortable beds We found the check in times a bit confusing online but relieved to find they'd been extended when we arrived."
