Enjoyed a pleasant two night stay here. With some advanced notice, we were able to arrive late and check in the following morning. The room was comfortable for my family of 5 and Herve served a fabulous breakfast for us each morning. Herve provided us with a map of Lyon and circled some places we should visit for a daytrip into the city. Upon our return that evening, we walked into the courtyard and were treated to a perfectly clear sky with hundreds of stars. Herve told us the following morning...

Nice big room, across the pool that was much needed during the heat wave. We had dinner at the restaurant that was very good albeit on the pricy side. The Chateau is nested in the vineyards, the surroundings are gorgeous.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful. Our regret was we had eaten a huge lunch and were not hungry for dinner. But breakfast made up for it. Ohhhhhh. One more regret. We didn’t stay longer. Their on property spa looks fabulous.

The staff was very friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and happy to assist whenever needed.
From the hotel room to the spa and pool, everything was spotless, and the hotel itself was very charming. It has a lovely boutique-hotel feel, and you can really sense the extra care and personal attention that goes into the service.
My mother also had massages during our stay and was extremely happy with both the service...

Best Western esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación central del tren y tiene comercio alrededor.El dormitorio muy limpio y cómodo. Baño nítido.
Lo incomodo fue la llave para abrir la ducha y tina.
Agradezco la atención en la recepción de la señora Assiayd, fue muy atenta y amable.
