The staff was very friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and happy to assist whenever needed. From the hotel room to the spa and pool, everything was spotless, and the hotel itself was very charming. It has a lovely boutique-hotel feel, and you can really sense the extra care and personal attention that goes into the service. Enjoyed a pleasant two night stay here. With some advanced notice, we were able to arrive late and check in the following morning. The room was comfortable for my family of 5 and Herve served a fabulous breakfast for us each morning. Herve provided us with a map of Lyon and circled some places we should visit for a daytrip into the city. Upon our return that evening, we walked into the courtyard and were treated to a perfectly clear sky with hundreds of stars. Herve told us the following morning...

This hotel was relatively new so the rooms were good size. The bed, bathroom and TV were also quite new. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I think he had only been on the job a few weeks. However there was one problem - with all the rooms. When you want to close the door, the mechanism sticks, so you really have to close the door hard to get it to close. And some people were having problems with this, so at night a couple of times you would heard people having to slam their door...
