Staff were welcoming ,friendly and accommodating - food & wine were delicious, even accommodated to my gluten allergy. The views from any part of the hotel were stunning!! "Great lake view. Very helpful staff. Superb location near Villa Carlotta and the mid-lake pier. The food at the restaurant was excellent.The only down-side was that on checking out at 6 am we had to use the emergency exit."
