"Our family visited beautiful Rome for our wedding in June 2024 and our stay at Villa Anton Silj was a major disappointment. Upon arrival, we found two out of three air conditioners broken with temperatures reaching 38°C. Three of the 20 beds were just living room sofas in a room without curtains. The houses and kitchenware were dirty, and we had to gather utilities from all three kitchens to cook a meal. "A lovely house with a beautiful garden and a great atmosphere. Add to this a very attentive and helpful owner and Rome easily accessible. All in all, we really enjoyed our holiday in this lovely house. With airconditioning in the bedrooms, the stay would have been perfect ;-) "

"The hotel has a parking onsite which was convenient for us. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast served in the restaurant was good as well. Only issue we had was that one staff from the restaurant didn’t treat us kindly when one of our family member didn’t have appetite to eat but wanted to stay with our family group to accompany us and talk. This staff said it was prohibited for him to enter the restaurant and if he wanted to stay with the group, we had to sit outside the restaurant so she can monitor him. We understood the situation but the way she treated him made us felt like he was unwelcome, as if he wasn’t a hotel guest."
