"We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."

"Amazing property with spectacular views. Our host was fantastic. Getting to the house the first time is an adventure, but the town that sits below is cute with very cool stores and shops. It is a 15 minute drive to the train station and then another 20-25 minutes and you are in the middle of Rome. We are thinking about coming back with our younger kids in a year or two, just an incredible vacation and place to stay"

"My husband and I had a micro-wedding at the villa with our immediate family and friends totaling 13 people. The property was stunning and was the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. The house is HUGE and more than comfortably fit everyone with their own bedroom. The space was very clean and all the details are thought of and provided. We had Roberto cook us a couple of meals and HIGHLY recommend doing that. The food was better than we expected! Overall, we cannot say enough good things about...

"We just had a magical stay at this villa with two families and children… looks better than the pictures…, we were easily able pop in and out of all the best tours and sites and restaurants and shopping just a quick cab ride away…. At night drinking wine on the patio while the kids jumped in and out of the hot tub…. Great coffee shop and walking parks just up the street… we would def come back and Great for two families to share."

"Excellent spot! We went into Rome most days (via train) but certainly enjoyed the lovely grounds and spotless (giant!) swimming pool. Flavia responded immediately to all our questions and was super helpful in communicating with the courier who brought my lost luggage. Three generations of our family were perfectly comfortable the entire trip. (Amazing water pressure! Quiet and secluded- but not far from grocery store/local restaurants. Quality AC. Oh and great for different couples/families...

This place is just as the photos suggest. We cooked in the magnificent kitchen and grilled on the oven / grill outside. We played pickle ball and the kids went swimming. Our host were available and always gracious. We are so thankful for the time we shared at the dining table and living room. And we played cards in the well...

"Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. "Kitchen has everything you would need if you like to cook...and we do! House is spacious-House is secure with fence -gate-lights and fence and hill surrounding it. There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. The floor is freezing and I highly recommend a large nice area rug at least in main living room so u don't have freezing cold feet. We stayed a month- The yard is nice...

The olive tree grove, bamboo forest and views of the countryside are amazing. "Cute little place, had everything we needed. Close to a small market down the street to stock fridge and restaurants/places two streets away. Safe and quiet area reminded me of LA. Communication was immediate. Super close to the train station where you can also get the touring buses. Definitely pay attention to the instructions"

First, there should be clearer definition of the situation regarding air conditioning and fans. It was not what we expected and did present some challenges given the temperatures we experienced. La piscine est un plus qui se complète avec les journées de repos Routes et chemins de montagnes, cela peut surprendre , il faut être à l’aise avec cette conduite surtout le soir … mais les petits villages qui les surplombent sont authentiques et magnifiques .
