"The (3-6 person) yurt experience is truly wonderful. The yurt itself has an herb garden and 2 koi ponds onsite. Michelle is a gracious and kind hostess who ensured we were well taken care of. The yurt itself is very clean and comfortable and even comes with fresh local coffee! Based on the season, you may need insect (tick) repellent if you plan to traipse through the wildflower fields and woods nearby. We would love to stay here again and hope to do so in the near future."

"This trip was planned as a girls getaway to surprise our daughter (who has three sons) coming up from Florida for a long weekend. We had such a fun time we decided to make it a yearly tradition. The house held all 8 of us comfortably, in a beautiful setting right on Seneca Lake, offering a beautiful display of Gods creation from either of the two decks. LOTS of laughter & love!"

"Cannot say enough wonderful things about this tiny house. We had clean towels, a kitchen,cleaning supplies, and we left a few logs of wood for the fire pit that we didn't use. If you like privacy,this was perfect. Its almost as if you are out in the woods even though you are right next to the main road."

"We were fortunate enough to secure this lovely Keuka Lake cottage for Father’s Day weekend. Despite missing 2 of our college age children, my husband, our son and dogs spent the weekend at “ Koby Keuka Cottage”. We couldn’t have had a better 48 hours. The cottage is clean, simple and a PERFECT location— lakeside! Access to a brand new dock and kayaks and paddleboards( though we didn’t water sport as golfing and wine tasting were our choices THIS time) we loved soaking in the lake. Morning coffee...
