Good location.

Easy access to grocery stores, cafes, Tram lines. It is a nice walk along the river, walk through Antigone area then up to the Place de Come'die for the shopping, food and historical sites, if you do not want t take the TRAM. Plus Montpellier is a great place to start to visit other cities in Southern France via the trains.

Accès facile, parking privé en sous sol bien commode en centre ville, ( mais attention véhicules volumineux s'abstenir), accès rapide aux lieux touristiques. Appartement agréable malgré qq petits dysfonctionnements peu gênants.

Bien situé et confort du logement

Cet appartement est très situé du fait des 2 lignes de tramway à 2 pas. Le logement a tout le confort nécessaire y compris un garage en sous sol non adapté aux 4 x 4 et gros SUV. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.

Appartement qui demanderait un coup de rafraichissement soigné Mais nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la décontraction de la propriétaire, la belle taille du T2, le balcon véranda, le box en sous sol pour la voiture, la proximité des lignes de trams et les 30mn de marche tranquille pour arriver à la place de la comédie. very good quality certainly for this price.

The appartment is complet and very good located. In a few minuts walking you'll find 2 tramstations to all directions. In 20 minuts you are with the tram in the centre of Montpellier and at the expo-centre. Near the sitting rooms you have also an outsite sitting room. We were in winter so we did not use it. If you are in early spring (first sun) it' s a nice place to sit (complet surrounded by glass). The kitchen is complet. Toilet is not modern but clean. Nice owner mrs Sylvi. We had a good stay in Montpellier, very nice historical old city.

Appartement mal entretenu : poussière sur meubles, papiers peint partiellement ôté (à quand la fin du chantier ?), vaisselle avec étiquette de vente dessus ( lavage... ?), volet roulants en panne en pleine canicule (donc impossible de les fermer et avec la canicule... Impensable), peu de confort et meubles vieillots, rue très bruyante la nuit. Photos disponibles.
