The staff is responsive and friendly, the location of the hotel is great, however they do not have the proper facilities if you are traveling with people with reduced mobility or babies (strollers).

Hotel is great location to everything you want to see. The smaller bed off the main room is fine, but if you close the door to main bed, you will not have a/c in the small room. parking was not close to the hotel. everything else was great.

Gorgeous 19th century hotel with a modern update. Beautiful spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast, best possible location (centre ville, tramway, 5 min to train), amazingly thoughtful and helpful staff. Amazing Location and Great Service
We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the town square and it was amazing. Service at the hotel was also outstanding and the off site parking was about 100m from the front door of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel 😊
