"We stayed at this property in April 2023, and prior to our arrival had had good communication with the owners. We had selected this property on the basis of its having two bathrooms, one of which was on the same floor as the bedroom. As the pictures show, the other bathroom was downstairs which would have meant navigating an open spiral staircase in the middle of the night. On the day before our arrival, we received a message from the owner saying that one of the upstairs rooms (the bathroom)...

"Wir haben im Juli 2024 fĂŒr vier Tage das Haus gemietet. Bereits vor unserem Eintreffen gab es Probleme mit der Vermieterin. Eigentlich war die Uhrzeit unseres Check-Ins 16Uhr, doch da die Vermieterin arbeiten musste, hĂ€tten wir erst um 18Uhr eintreffen können. However, one of the owners warned me to lock all my windows and shutters when I went out because they'd had two break-ins. That made me nervous (as a single woman) that someone might try to break in while I was there, and the apartment is on the most vulnerable floor (the ground floor). "Highly recommended for family stays. It is very conveniently located next to the train station, and both bus and tram stops are right at the doorstep. As a flat, it was unconventionally spacious. Plenty of storage space. Large bathroom with a bathtub, and kitchen with ammenities to do our own cooking. There was a senior lady on the Reception when we arrived. She was not friendly at all, and made us feel unwelcome. However, the other 2 people (2 younger males) who were there for the remainder of our stay were super kind and helpful. Very conveniently located hotel for shopping and for walks to the main tourist spots. We'd always go back if travelling in or around Montpellier."
