"Gut ausgestattetes Studio auf sehr schönem Anwesen mit sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeberin. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, Gastronomie, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe, Strand in 10 km Entfernung und gut zu erreichen. Soweit also alles gut! Wissen sollte man allerdings auch, dass sich das Anwesen direkt neben einem Neubaugebiet und einer stark befahrenen Straße befindet und das der vor der Haustür verlaufende Fluss - Lez - Heimat einer Vielzahl von sehr...

"We stayed at this property in April 2023, and prior to our arrival had had good communication with the owners. We had selected this property on the basis of its having two bathrooms, one of which was on the same floor as the bedroom. As the pictures show, the other bathroom was downstairs which would have meant navigating an open spiral staircase in the middle of the night. On the day before our arrival, we received a message from the owner saying that one of the upstairs rooms (the bathroom)...

"Le seul point positif de cet appartement est sa localisation.Autrement, c'est deplorable, loin de tenir ses promesses. Draps et taie d'oreiller sales avec des taches et sentant la sueur.Serviettes de bain sales et puantes.Climatisation en panne et fenêtre condamné dans la chambre en plein été caniculaire.Saletés sous le lit, sacs de poubelles pleins dans les parties communes et non ramasses pendant toute la durée de mon séjour...etc.etc.Je ne peux que déconseiller cet appartement.Quelques photos...

"Wir haben im Juli 2024 für vier Tage das Haus gemietet. Bereits vor unserem Eintreffen gab es Probleme mit der Vermieterin. Eigentlich war die Uhrzeit unseres Check-Ins 16Uhr, doch da die Vermieterin arbeiten musste, hätten wir erst um 18Uhr eintreffen können. Jedoch sind wir mit Hund gereist und konnten keine weiteren zwei Stunden in der prallen Sonne unterwegs sein. Nach langer Diskussion, meinte sie dann, dass sie einen Bekannten schickt. "In general the place was extremely commodious and convenient, and the owners were generally kind and helpful. However, one of the owners warned me to lock all my windows and shutters when I went out because they'd had two break-ins. That made me nervous (as a single woman) that someone might try to break in while I was there, and the apartment is on the most vulnerable floor (the ground floor). So then I felt obliged to keep all the windows closed at night when I went to sleep, and it was hot...
