"We had a great stay at this house--it was located on a picturesque quai, a bit out of the central area of Sete. It was fairly well appointed except no hand towels or washcloths--I bought some while there and left them for future guests. There was a table by the water which was nice for having breakfast and aperos. Once we figured out how to navigate the quai it was fine, and there was always a place to park. "Belle semaine passée au mazet! L'intérieur est propre et pratique. La literie très confortable. Et l'extérieur, c'est le top. Terrasse, transats et hamac permettent de se reposer où bon vous semble. Très grand terrain entièrement clôturé qui a ravit notre chien. Belle piscine sécurisée pour les enfants. Et le plus de tout cela, c'est le calme quasi absolu. Vous ne risquez pas de déranger les voisins, il n'y en a pas!!!! A part quelques lapins dans les vignes qui entourent le lieu, nous n'avons...

"Das liegt direkt am Strand, man kann wunderbar zum Gartentor heraus und ist am Meer. Perfekte Lage. Auch für unsere Hunde war der Aufenthalt toll, alles ist eingezäunt. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmässig. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal dort Urlaub machen. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und diskret. Gerne wieder."

"This a a wonderful place to stay, very comfortable in all areas, plenty of outside furniture around the pool. It's quite a climb up from the town (conversely an easy downhill walk into town which takes 10 mins). The upper terrace offers a wonderful view of the whole bay, the beach is an easy bus ride away or a slightly longer walk. We felt the handover was a bit rushed though, however communication with the owner was, on the whole, good."

"Location absolutely amazing, directly on a beautiful sandy beach. The only reason I have given 4 stars is the en-suite bathroom flooded the floor so didn’t use it because of this .Local shop & a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Great communication, thanks to Regine for a small welcome gift & Karim for his help. Hope to return next year !"

"We had a wonderful stay during the multi-hull boat show, easy walk to the marina, restaurants the grocery store and bank. No need for a car if you don't need. Our host was very quick to respond to make sure we were well taken care of. Rooms were smaller than we are use to but we understand space is different in other places. Merci bouque!"

"We stayed 3 days in Grau du roi. The house was perfect. The owner of the house lives next door and is a friendly host. The great surprise has been the town of Grau du roi that has always been a touristic place and I had low expectations in terms of restaurants. There are plenty of excellent restaurants with ok prices, serving sea food as well as local bull meat. Wine is really cheap and top quality (local wine picpoul, costière de Nîmes, viognier)."

"Maison OK, mais equipement negligé : grille pain fondu, plaques a gaz non branchee , ne fonctionnant pas. Pas de clim, pas de piscine, donc prestation chere dans ces conditions"

"Really lovely villa, with an amazing pool. Villa was spacious and secure, with everything you could need during your stay. Close to the tram stop to get into the city. Supermarket and lovely indoor Market hallas plaza both in walking distance. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Replied to any queries promptly. We would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday."

"La maison est très très bien. Nous étions 6 et n’étions pas les uns sur les autres. Le linge de lit est fourni. La maison est très propre. Elle est située juste à côté de la mer (3/4 minutes à pied). Elle dispose également d’un emplacement de stationnement et d’un petit extérieur. Seul bémol: le centre ville est assez loin à pied, il faut reprendre la voiture et avec les bouchons en période estivale ce n’est pas top. Mais c’était précisé dans l’annonce !! Je recommande vivement cette maison...

"C'est une maison située dans un quartier calme en cette saison mais proche des plages et pas très éloignée du Centre-ville. C'est spacieux et la cour est close de murs et bien exposée. La literie est bonne (malgré des oreillers bien fermes)."
