The hotel is in a perfect location for walking around. The area is a bit geared towards tourists and almost everywhere people speak English and French. The hotel amenities in the room are fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here again.

Beautiful property in a great location. Stayed for a long weekend and could walk everywhere. Staff was delightful and room was elegant and cozy. Enjoyed the Terrasse rooftop for dining and drinks. The only drawback was hearing the rooftop bar until close at 1 am…might have requested a different room location had we known. That said, still highly recommend.

Property and staff were terrific. Fantastic location, close to so many things. They were doing renovations and it was very loud above our room. When we brought it up to the front desk they offered to move us and upgrade. We were leaving the next day and declined and they adjusted our bill. Problems happen in all businesses and the difference is in how it is handled. It was handled very well. We’d stay again.

I do not typically recommend anything but Hotel Nelligan earned this review. The property was recently renovated, is in excellent condition and very well done. Our king room was large with a great bathroom. The location in Old Town is excellent. You are right in the shopping and restaurant district. That said Kudos to the staff from the front desk, the concierge, the door men and the restaurant and bar staff. Very friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. Thank You Hotel Nelligan!

This is a fine hotel. The staff were all very responsive. The main floor restaurant was nice with good food and service. The roof restaurant was a bit disappointing - it was cold so the food got cold. The French Fries were not edible. We used valet parking and they recharged our car - nice surprise. The area is a lovely walkable street with lots of restaurants and galleries. We will stay here again, but probably not have dinner on the roof.

Jonathan the Conceirge was incredibly helpful and so was Mia at the front desk. They both provided incredible help getting around the city and we only made our plane because Jonathan recommended we take a taxi vs. Uber. They also gave us terrific restaurant recos. Highly recommend this hotel which has recently been renovated.
