The Pierce Hotel was an excellent stay, comfortable rooms that are well designed and have everything you need. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and downtown attractions. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Last few days hot water went out. I didn't get any credit or partial refund for inconvenience. 3 cold showers was crappy. Metro is really close to property was nice. Tons of food in the area. Needed better cleaning.

The room had nice amenities, like washer/dryer, and kitchen, and was clean . The hvac was so noisy sounded like a jet taking off, bed was not balanced so rocked noisily upon movement. Neighborhood is very dirty, view from window looked into a rat infested yard (was in room 207). Very much a student housing area.

Great property and location! In the heart of downtown and a block from Guy metro station. My questions were quickly answered. The place was very clean and has all that you need for long stays. There’s a parking lot 2 blocks away. I would stay here again.
