This is an ideal place to stay if you have reasons to spend time at Concordia, as the downtown campus is on the same block! Restaurants, bars, and shopping, and the Guy-Concordia metro stop. I can’t say enough about how great the location is, and how convenient it is to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities in-house. This was my second stay and I’ll be back soon!

This apartment was in a terrific location next to a major metro stop and a couple of nearby parking garages. There were literally dozens of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself was roomy, the king bed really comfortable, two TVs, awesome shower, and adequate kitchen. We felt very safe and right at home. Would totally recommend.

Good location and comfortable bed. Fruit flies constant in kitchen area. Only 2 coffee pods for a 3 night stay. Microwave was terrible. The ability to watch regular TV would have been nice. Spacious suite but did not look like the advertised photos.

The picture on your site was much nicer than the actual room. The code to open the apartment door was ridiculously long. Towels were paper thin. Only had 2 coffee pods for 3 days. The bed was comfortable.

"Luxury apartment" is not accurate. Bed was great, bathroom was great, room was silent. Heat/ ac did not work. There was only 1 coffee pod, plus one that had been used. New pods were not delivered until after 9:00 am.

Like: safe access, clean, room as described, kitchen nice. close to Metro, eating and supermarkets. all good. Don't like: Sofa/Couch uncomfortable, Just 2 (=not enough) hangers in bathroom - just not enough to hang towels and toiletry bags. And unfortunately - despite very usual for such accomodation (a detail often overlooked) - the kitchen knives were close to unusable because of absolutely no sharpness.

Clean facilities. As we were staying for 6 nights, host provided cleaning services in the middle of our stay. Appliances and kitchenware were available and complete. Can't beat the location. Metro across the street and great eateries all around the block.

If you like a stark, concrete, air conditioned condo, you’ll love this place. It’s very handy to some great parts of the city, and was exceptionally well-located for some work on Concordia campus.

The stay was overall just okay. The space is convenient with a washer/dryer and kitchen, however they do not provide smaller things like laundry soap. Sheets were clean, bathroom could have been cleaner. Bed and pillows were on the harder side, but the room had a blackout curtain which was nice.

We were surpised at the condition of the property. It clearly need some maintenance. We reported the various broken things right away so we weren't held responsible. A maintenance man did come and improve things, but not by much. The worst part was the almost total lack of internet connectivity which the host had myriad excuses for, and never fixed. That impscted the TV, which never did work properly. On the good side, it was in a great location (but a bit noisy), the bed was terrific, and the shower was as well. I would stay there again, but now I am aware of the shortcomings.

The apartments was clean and spacious and even though we didn’t spend a lot of time there because we were out for most of the days and only really went back to sleep it was very comfortable and was nice to feel like going back to your own place away from home after a long day

I’ve definitely stayed at better places. When they say 3PM check in they really mean it unless you want to shell out for an earlier check in. Combinations were a pain and the room combination was way too long. Once in, I didn’t want to leave because of the hassle. Room was just ok. None of the remotes had backs covering batteries. Figuring out the tv with 3 remotes kept me entertained for a while, sofa and footrest thing was stained. Building is super old but in a decent location with some food options nearby. Glad I just had two nights there. Positives, room was well equipped with full kitchen, utensils, etc. Shower was awesome. Starbucks close. Bed was pretty comfortable. Location also pretty good with plenty of food, and nearby small supermarkets. Good enough for a quick trip if the other hotels are out of your price range.

Room was dirty in corners and shower. Half a roll of toilet paper, no kleenex, coffee maker doesn’t really work, television didn’t work. Didn’t feel overly safe as men constantly followed in behind after entering private security codes. Close to many shopping areas is best part of location.

It was a really good area. Lots of good restaurants nearby and close to the metro and bus stations. The check in and check out process were clear. The room we stayed at was spacious and pretty clean. Would recommend!
