We’ve stayed in Montrose once a year every year for 30 years for business and we have been to about every hotel in the area and this was the best one we’ve stayed at in all that time. "Looks like an old hotel that is going thru a reno. Electrical plates have not been put on, old chairs haven't been replaced, some painting touch-ups need to be done. Still a mix of old and new. Pool was covered. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic but was available. "

"The property was okay, it is an older motel and dated, but was clean. I don't know if something was going on that weekend in Montrose, but we paid over $180 for one night in a room that should have been $100 per night. The manager there in the morning was wonderful, due to COVID they could not open the breakfast area until 7 am but I needed coffee at 6:30 and he was happy to oblige, I was thankful for that :) If the price was more in line with the property, I would rate it higher."
