"Très vieille demeure typique de Majorque isolée sur un grand terrain doté de magnifiques orangers et citronniers. Tout confort, douche extérieure, un régal. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation car le ventilateur est un peu juste en ces fortes chaleurs du mois de juillet. Je mets seulement 4 étoiles car l’agence homerti aurait dû signaler aux agents d’entretien de tailler les hautes herbes du chemin d’arrivée et nettoyer les transats qui étaient très sales. "Pros: Nice pool, BBQ, table tennis, good WiFi. Walking distance to the beach. Cons: The wind blowing by the dinner table area almost all the time. It seems that Santanyi area is more windy and cloudy than Palma area. Bad luck too! The table tennis rackets and balls where not the best... needs updating."

"Just returned from lovely stay. Villa is well equipped and in a perfect location for access to the beach, bars, restaurants and local shop. Quiet and relaxing break. Rooms are a good size and air con/fans in bedrooms keep rooms cool at night. Wifi is also good. Communication with owner was great and he was extremely accommodating with our awkward flight times. Overall a great place for a relaxing holiday."
