"Overall it was a good stay. When we booked via hotel.com, it listed our room including balcony/patio. I did research and found this hotel did not have any balcony. Anyway, it was okay w/o balcony. However, we were placed on 2nd floor. Window is no sound proof. It was pretty loud. Room is small, generally clean. We love the hotel location. "
