"The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. They let me check in early with no extra charge. Location in downtown New Bedford is incredible. The room was clean and quiet, with a comfy bed. The windows open (only a few inches, for safety, of course), which I love. My only criticism is that the description of the room as having a “harbor view” is…generous. I could see a little bit of water, but…."
