"Don’t listen to any other review… this place is a gem and will 100/10 be coming back.
The staff is phenomenal (shoutout the night staff and Roberto!) and communicates well. Any need I had they were ready to deliver even with a language barrier. Additionally, the cleaning crew was awesome… every day new sheets, new towels and the floor was mopped. Furthermore this place is a 2 minute walk from the church and is quiet, tranquil and has a lot of beautiful natural feels to the area. For anyone saying it’s loud or dirty they are lying.. you are in the middle of a city of course you will hear noise and every building is old with character not dirty.
Really really loved this spot and the price was so much better than a lot of other places downtown. "
"Tucked away on a quiet cobblestone street, this charming boutique hotel offers the perfect blend of warmth, elegance, and authenticity. From the moment you step through the wrought-iron gate, you're greeted with lush courtyards, hand-painted tiles, and the scent of fresh bougainvillea. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated with local art and cozy touches, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Breakfast in the courtyard terrace—is a daily highlight. A true sanctuary in the heart of San Miguel."
"Casa Mía is like staying in a country villa, quiet and serene. Housekeeping is immaculate and staff are very responsive to any questions. It’s close to the Jardín, and dozens of restaurants for all budgets. The kitchenettes make the suites ideal for those who want to hit the mercado and cook at home. We will definitely be back next time we’re in SMdA!!"

10/10 Excellent
"Perfect trip and hotel. Staff were friendly and useful. The food was great. The location was perfect, in a quieter part of town and still walking distance to Downtown. Bed and pillows were good. My only recommendation is to change the conditioner in the showers, it doesn’t condition at all. "
"Excelente lugar para visitar San Miguel de Allende. A solo unas cuadrad del centro. Excelente servicio. Los desayunos incluidos en el restaurante Zumo, en el roof top, son riquísimos y con una vista espectacular de la parroquia. El restaurante también excelente. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar SMA."
