When we came into the place there was crumbs on the floor near the couch. My wife flagged down a person and got it vacuumed. "Let’s start off with the beauty that is the hotel! From the lobby, to the pool, to the rooms, and restaurants, it’s absolutely breathtaking. You walk into your room and they are amazing. You’ve got your bed area, kitchen area, living room area, and your balcony. It’s clean and has all the tools and accessories you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. They clean your room every other day and it’s like walking back into it for the first time, EVERY TIME. You walk onto your balcony for a BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean. Even your front doors have an amazing view of the tree line. The hotel was quiet, even with neighbors, and the staff were very nice, helpful and respectful. Checking in and checking out was a breeze and the price was definitely worth the stay. The Hiyori was a great choice to stay and deserve return stays! Oh! And the hotel has restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner but they are extra cost; delicious food too!"

"My family and I so enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a little older but lovely. The staff are so nice and helpful. We got an ocean view room with a beautiful view. The breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed the beach, outdoor pool and indoor pool. My infant daughter enjoyed playing in the kids room. There also was free parking included for our rental car. We enjoyed the Hawaiian dancing at night and delicious food. My family and I made wonderful memories here. We would love to come back someday! 😍"

"The Marine View Palace was a really good hotel for our family who is travelling Japan on a budget. It’s an older hotel so the amenities are quite dated. With that being said, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and it is in a great location for accessing beaches. We could walk to several beaches within 10 - 15 minutes and there were many more beaches within a 20 - 40 minute bus ride. Our favourite beaches were Tiger Beach (10 minute walk) and Nabee Beach (15 minute bus ride). American village is about a 30 minute bus ride. Our hotel room had a large balcony with an awesome view of the ocean. The room itself comfortably fit our whole family (2 adults and 3 kids). Again, everything was very dated but the room had a small fridge, stove top, microwave, and kettle. There were a number of good local restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the hotel and there was also a Lawson Station, Family Mart and 7-11. Would very much recommend the hotel for those travelling on a budget and those who enjoy exploring."

Not a five star hotel, like many of the gigantic hotels in the area, but for what it was, an inexpensive pension, it was really great. No doubt about it, I’d stay there again, and rate it five stars."
