"I had a terrible experience at this property, there are no physical keys, everything is access code operated. On our very first day, a gentleman walks into our unit claiming he needs to repair, while i am in my boxer. Felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe of us and our belongings over the next 5 days. The management is on hook for this, the property is amazong if managed better. "

"Outstanding choice! We were met at the hotel car park to ensure we got in ok and helped with our luggage. The hotel staff were super friendly and ensured we had everything we needed for a super relaxing stay. The pool, bars and dining areas were all great and the room more than met our expectations ! Most of all, the luxurious and comfortable bed was the best! We had a sea view room and would recommend to take in the ocean sunrises "

"Its the cheapest place to stay in Tossa for a reason. Ants in the room, 30 euros taken for 2 small dogs in cash, the original room price was only 39 euros! 10 euros each deposit for tv remote and ac remote, breakfast was another fee on top. Broken sunloungers on the roof terrace. Would have been better value booking a 100 euro room, with all the above included. Thankfully it was only a 1 night stay, that wont be repeated."

"Bon accueil en français. Pas de stationnement dispo. Avons chercher 2 hres après 5 hres de route. Après avons essayer de faire sieste mais impossible. On nous avait placé direct au dessus de la salle de jeux des enfants et de la salle de spectacle. Heureusement l’employé de soir nous a déplacé. Je n’ai pas pu mangé tellement j’étais épuisée. Par contre hôtel hyper propre comme jamais vu. Bravo au personnel d’entretien. "
