"The biggest surprise was the breakfast, great options, hot and ready early in the AM. One down thing, was the young hockey players who were running the halls after midnight, lots of adult that didn’t help keep the noise down!"

"Had a wonderful time over thanksgiving weekend at this cottage. The surrounding area in Awenda is gorgeous and even more beautiful in the fall. Michael was great communicator and made sure we had whatever we needed in a timely manner."

"We was very happy with our stay! We had a hot breakfast available. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were late arriving and front desk offered help with our bags. Very friendly staff!! Free parking and convenient for us! We will stay here again if/when in the area again."

"We had a wonderful long weekend there. It was a chance to get away with our 2 sons that are rarely home from school. It is a classic cottage. Exactly what we wanted. The lake is beautiful and quiet except for the occasional water skier. We swam and paddled. The cottage had everything we needed to make great meals and just relax. There are tons of board and card games and a fantastic fire pit near the water. Like I said it is rustic but it brings to mind the way cottages used to be. Time for family and friends and not giant tvs and marble countertops. Oh and the beds were very comfortable. We plan to return next year."

"One of the best cottage stays ever! Robert and Rosanne were excellent hosts. First of all, the short boat trip to the cottage is amazing , Rob explained a lil history about the bridge. He explained everything well and check-in was so seamless. The cottage has a personal touch and the patio is excellent. What a view! We enjoyed the water, the lily pad was so nice to have, Everything was very clean and as beautiful as the picture, even better. It is a very quiet serene place. They had kept enough drinking water. Overall 101/100. We would love to visit again."
