"We didn't stay and we had to leave becaus really too dirty.
On arrival we found, a room really very basic with old furnitures and no space evn to put luggaes. But after checking the pair of sheets, they were already used and dirty. There was no towels in bath rooms, and even not paper toilets in bathrooms. Wr asked to change the sheetts, and they try to find some less stained in some bag of dirty clothes.
We just decided to quit and find somewhere else, because everything was really, really...

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are so very kind. I stayed here with elderly parents and they did everything they could to make us comfortable. Breakfast (brunch really) is included and the food in the restaurant is delicious. There is a smelly drain in front of the hotel and I felt bad for the receptionist who sits close to the entryway all day — but they are working on it! You won’t notice it in your room. My in-laws had a wonderful stay at Sands Point. They really appreciated the staff for being so warm and helpful throughout their stay at the property. A perfectly charming hotel with the friendliest, most thoughtful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were there five nights in a spacious room with beautiful appointments. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The front desk arranged a sailboat cruise for us and yoga every morning on the roof at 6:30 AM. I can’t wait to come back to this dreamy place a block from the ocean.

Panism was amazing! The rooms were comfortable with tons of space - some of them had balconies, all had AC. There was a pool (I did not use), and a workout room as well as multiple terraces, including the kitchen where they served breakfast (included) and lunch/dinner if requested in advance. The staff was wonderful and we became friends over the course of my stay. They even helped me out of a small accident.
