"We had a room on the ground floor in the front of the hotel. They just have a white shade at the window. The bright lights were coming through the window and we could not sleep. I recommend that they put up room darkening curtains up."

"The EV charger is a game changer for me. My son’s girlfriend goes to Morehead but there are no superchargers within an hour of the school. When we first visited I had to plan a stop in Lexington and then make sure I had enough battery to get back. So much more convenient. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, The staff was great."

"Was under renovation but room was clean and staff accommodating"

"Room was large and clean with nice balcony. Bathroom had strong water pressure hot and cold. Fridge provided. Breakfast provided was fair. WiFi in room was spotty. Close to trails"

"Floor turned children’s skin black and there was garbage left in the room from previous guest. Not enough towels. Not really anything for breakfast that was not sugar."

"Property and room were very rustic. Second story balcony/walkway needed to be cleaned, there was a lot of cigarette ash on the balcony. Room needs to have some type of shelving below the TV. Parking area also needs to have more lighting. It is a diamond in the rough, we enjoyed our stay."

"Stay was okay. Building was clean and everything worked well. Location was much further from red river gorge than expected, about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes one way to a trail. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was nice. Overall, decent if you dont mind the sleeping conditions and the drive but for us it wasnt worth the cost "

"Plum crazy was BEAUTIFUL! It was impeccably clean. It smelled good as soon as you walked in the door. The linens smelled freshly washed. Inside the drawers were clean (no food crumbs). And the decor inside the house was so cute. From the chair hanging on the wall, the watering can shower head to the mouse house in the wall. Everything was spotless and beautiful. And the hot tub was located on a beautiful deck and it was well kept and so clean. The only criticism I have is that the yard needed...

"Very convenient to the Highway. Property lacked sufficient parking and the grounds had minimal landscaping, etc, but the room was very clean and comfortable. I thought the rate was a bit high for the property, but I would stay here again."

"Great Hotel Came to stay one night for a funeral. Me & my best friend had 2 rooms reserved. We call & asked for connecting rooms & due to me having a suite n her having normal room we couldn’t, but we were allowed an early check in at 2pm to help us. Then when we came to actually check in they updated my friend’s room to a suite so we could have a joining rooms. The lady checking us in was so so nice. My room was perfect. I was excited for a hotel WITHOUT CARPET. It makes the room so much...

"The place is older and needs renovated. Clean and kind staff."

"Liked parking just outside our ground floor room door. Pleasant, efficient check-in man Jared gave us a room near the designated smoking area when he found out one of the guests was a smoker. Room was clean and furnishings were decent quality. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in shower was good. Water only warm, not hot one morning of two spent there. Hot breakfast was good for hotel food. Location seemed safe enough and there was a grocery store across the street. Lots of fast food,...

"Close to Red River Gorge hiking."
