This is my second time staying here. This place is always clean. It’s surrounded by greens. It’s pretty quiet and easy to get to. They have a security guard on 24 hrs in case you want to drive your car or rent one. I felt pretty safe here. The cleaning staff is so nice and always kept the room clean.

Google.maps needs Help as it directs you to go up. But hotel is on corner across the street from Hospital and street light. Its located on perferico and close to everything

It was great except it took over 15minutes to get the water in the shower to change from Cold to Warm. But everything else was really great about the room. The bed was very comfortable and the air unit adjusted between warm and cool easily.

La estancia fue un suplicio. Mi hija se enfermó por bacterias y ácaros en la alfombra. Al llegar, jugó en el piso y, poco después, presentó ronchas, comezón, hinchazón y dificultad para tragar. Pedimos un cambio de habitación y se realizó, pero no mejoró. La llevamos al médico y fue diagnosticada con alergia y eczema. Le dimos el medicamento y estuvimos un tiempo fuera del hotel; noté que empezaba a mejorar, pero al regresar volvió a presentar los síntomas. Mi esposo habló con el encargado cerca de la medianoche para informar que dejaríamos el hotel, y solicitó que solo nos cobraran la noche del 5 y se reintegraran los días 6 al 8. Salimos con la promesa de que nos llamarían, pero nunca lo hicieron. Tuvimos que llamar nosotros, y finalmente bloquearon nuestro número y se negaron a reembolsarnos. Desafortunadamente, en la madrugada tuvimos que regresar a nuestro lugar de residencia y nuestro plan de pasar unos días de descanso en familia se vino abajo. ¡No recomiendo este hotel! Es deshonesto e inhumano.
